To optimize the mental health of the people in matara district through Treatment and rehabilitation of people,Organizing TOT Programs for health care workers, Emphasis effective and flexible awareness programs and Providing care when needed for people living at home.
Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.(World Health Organization)
