Major Activities and Services

Prepare long term, midterm and short-term plan for the district.
Prepare annual activities for major fund sources.
Prioritize the needs of health institutes in the district depending on the budget.
Implementation, monitoring and evolution of the district plans.
Prepare cadre projection, maintain cadre details and redistribution of cadre on need of the services.
Maintain the quality of the hospital statistics, analysis hospital statistics and forward to national level.
Prepare the annual health bulletin for the district
Provide technical support in civil, electrical and mechanical fields to required health institution to maintain good patient care.
